Gratitude is the key to creating a joy-filled and abundant life. Giving heartfelt thanks for everything that has been provided to you will increase your appreciation for your life and help you cultivate a mind-set of abundance that will take root and blossom in your life.
Create a daily ritual that will enable you to express gratitude for your life. You may want to consider a daily practice of writing 3-5 things you consider gifts, blessings, or life lessons in a journal or notebook. Try to include something new each day.
Begin and end each day in gratitude. It will transform the way you experience your day and your life.
