Ruthann M. Wilson is a self‑described work in progress.
A student of life, she has a passion for personal development that led her to a degree in psychology and training as a personal coach.
In addition to her psychology degree, Ruthann holds an MBA with a concentration in management and has spent decades in corporate leadership. She has guided teams, shaped strategy through data and insights, and fostered meaningful collaboration in dynamic settings across several industries including pharmaceuticals, telecom, consumer goods, and hospitality. Her strength lies in guiding the shift from knowing to doing, translating insight into steps that feel both purposeful and attainable.
In 2015, Ruthann reached a career crossroads and chose an intentional pause from corporate life, creating space for the completion of her first book, Be True to You: A Practical Guide to Pursuing an Authentic Path, published in 2016. It was a bold move in response to an inner call to embrace the next phase of her journey. After 18 months, she returned to corporate leadership, continuing to write and guide alongside her professional work.
Today, she is once again embracing transition, while guiding others through change, toward clarity, and into intentional rhythm through her Intentional Living Practice. Her work bridges reflection to action and cultivates gentle frameworks that align daily living with what is true.
In her work, practice is the bridge: small, grounding actions that carry you from reflection to action, from clarity to rhythm, from intention to the way you live.
Ruthann received her coach training through CoachU, a leading global provider of coach training programs, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), grounding her practice in professional standards while shaping it through lived experience.
Beyond her professional work, Ruthann finds joy in reading, writing, music, live theater, and traveling.
